Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Fence Installer to join a growing outdoor construction and installation team based in Connecticut, with opportunities to work across surrounding states. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, reliable, and interested in building a long-term career in outdoor structures, fencing, and site installation work.
You will work alongside experienced installers to support the installation of a wide range of fencing systems and outdoor structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of residential, commercial, and industrial fencing systems
Support experienced crew members with site preparation, material handling, and installation work
Learn and apply proper techniques for fencing, gates, and outdoor structures
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with job site requirements
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with repair, maintenance, and modification of installed fencing systems
Ensure work quality aligns with company standards and project specifications
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in fencing installation or general construction preferred
Landscaping or outdoor labor experience is an advantage
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
