Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Fence Installer to join a growing outdoor construction and installation team based in Connecticut, with opportunities to work across surrounding states. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, reliable, and interested in building a long-term career in outdoor structures, fencing, and site installation work.

You will work alongside experienced installers to support the installation of a wide range of fencing systems and outdoor structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of residential, commercial, and industrial fencing systems

  • Support experienced crew members with site preparation, material handling, and installation work

  • Learn and apply proper techniques for fencing, gates, and outdoor structures

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with job site requirements

  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Assist with repair, maintenance, and modification of installed fencing systems
