Job description

Project Planning & Coordination: 
• Review project specifications, contracts, drawings, and customer requirements.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment, and labor for each project.
• Schedule installation crews, subcontractors, and inspections.
• Ensure all permits, utility locates, and approvals are obtained prior to project start.
Project Execution
• Oversee fence and mailbox installation projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct site visits to verify work quality, safety compliance, and productivity.
• Resolve field issues, change orders, and unexpected project challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and cost tracking.
Customer Relations
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, delays, and changes.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project closeout.
Team Leadership
• Lead and support installation crews, subcontractors, and field supervisors.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Coordinate training and development opportunities for field personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Financial Management
Prepare and manage project budgets.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in construction, fencing, landscaping, or a 
related industry.
• Experience managing fence installation, mailbox installation, or similar exterior construction 
projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of permitting, utility locating, and local building codes.
