Title: Director of Human Resources

Pay Rate: $62 - $71 /hr + Bonus Opportunity

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office 4 Days/Week, 1 Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time, 3-5 month contract assignment


Summary:

Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives on building strong teams, scalable processes, and an engaging workplace culture? We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and execute people strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, oversee core people operations, ensure compliance, and support continued organizational growth. This is an opportunity to shape culture, elevate employee experience, and build sustainable systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, supporting development and performance
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Design and manage performance management systems and review processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook management
  • Administer benefits programs and oversee compensation structures
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Track HR metrics and generate reports to guide leadership decision-making

What You Bring:
