The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-known and leading provider of property technology solutions in Houston, TX and we are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This role is responsible for executing established processes and procedures while utilizing sound judgment to address routine challenges. In this position, you'll help ensure our customers receive accurate and timely invoices while contributing to the overall success of the business through analytical support & administrative functions, including data entry, reporting and basic analysis with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple departments, develop expertise in billing operations, and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and company performance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and collaboration are valued.
