  • Lead and develop a high-performing organization
    • Manage and mentor senior managers and channel leaders, overseeing a team responsible for execution, optimization, and innovation across global consumer channels.
    • Build a culture of testing, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.
    • Indirectly manage & scale our remote media operations function and drive improvements to process, performance and automation.
  • Drive measurable and sustainable business outcomes
    • Own core growth KPIs including CAC efficiency, ROAS, LTV/CAC, incrementality, and retention contribution.
    • Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Data Science to improve forecasting accuracy, measurement frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Advance DoorDash's in-house performance marketing engine through AI & automation
    • Partner with MarTech, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to define & execute AI and automation strategy, including automation, bidding tools, creative personalization, budget allocation systems, QA workflows, and performance dashboards.
    • Accelerate adoption of experimentation, ML-driven optimizations, and dynamic creative capabilities.
    • Deploy automation tools that raise operational efficiency, reduce manual workflows, and speed up experimentation cycles.
  • Champion channel innovation and portfolio diversification
    • Identify and invest in new platforms, channels, bidding strategies, and audience tactics that unlock incremental growth.
    • Evaluate emerging ad tech and partner opportunities to future-proof DoorDash's media mix.
  • Work cross-functionally to influence strategy and execution
    • Partner closely with Product and Data Science on personalization, audience modeling, experimentation, and landing page performance.
    • Collaborate with the senior leadership across marketing & the business to align media investments with company priorities.
We're Excited About You Because You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise managing large-scale budgets and driving measurable growth across major digital channels.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing managers and scaling multi-disciplinary performance teams of 15+.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale budgets and optimizing for efficiency, incrementality, and long-term value.
  • Proven ability to shape strategy, influence executives, and drive transformation in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to partner deeply with data and finance functions.
  • Experience building or scaling in-house media and operations capabilities, leveraging technology, automation, and measurement innovation.
