Director of Sales

Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the cabinet and bath division
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of six design professionals
  • Drive new business development while expanding relationships with residential builders and contractors
  • Develop strategic growth initiatives supporting market expansion throughout Raleigh and Coastal North Carolina
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Serve as the primary sales leader for builder accounts, maintaining exceptional client relationships
  • Align sales operations with company standards for quality, customer service, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance, forecasting, and operational processes
  • Occasionally provide cabinet design support to ensure continuity for clients and builder partners
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, market trends, and business opportunities to support continued growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience within cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, residential construction, or related building products sales
  • Proven success leading and scaling a business generating $2 million or more in annual revenue
  • Extensive experience selling directly to residential builders within relationship‑driven markets
  • Strong knowledge of custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, design principles, construction processes, and residential jobsite workflow
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing sales teams
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. based applicants only)
