Fitness Sales Development Representative (Commission + Bonuses)
Workout Anytime - Raleigh & Rolesville, NC
About the Role
Workout Anytime is growing and we are seeking a high-energy, motivated Fitness Sales Development Representative to help expand our reach. You will contact leads, schedule gym tours and success sessions, and play a key role in helping new and existing members take the next step in their fitness journey.
This is a results-driven role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be rewarded for performance.

You are the first point of contact for new members and clients. Every appointment you set directly impacts our growth, the success of our sales team, and the experience of our members.
This is not a front desk job. It's an opportunity to build real sales skills, earn commissions, and grow into higher-level roles within the company.
Schedule & Environment
  • Full-time, 38-40 hours per week
  • Monday through Thursday, 10 AM - 7 PM, Friday 10am-2pm
  • 80 percent on-location / 20 percent remote (depending on monthly targets and in club events)
  • Optional Saturday call block (10 AM - 2 PM) for additional commissions

Responsibilities
  • Contact new and existing leads by phone, text, and message.
  • Schedule membership consultations for the Sales Manager.
  • Schedule success sessions for the Fitness Director to deliver training and program upgrades.
  • Confirm all appointments to maximize show rate.
  • Follow up with no-shows and rebook them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and results in the CRM.
  • Participate in weekly performance and coaching meetings.
