Role Overview

The Paid Media Specialist will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple clients, brands, and channels. This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-focused, helping ensure campaigns launch accurately, pace efficiently, and perform against defined goals.

The Specialist will work closely with the Paid Media Director and broader marketing team to manage day-to-day campaign operations, maintain campaign organization and QA standards, and contribute to ongoing performance improvements across platforms


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, OTT/CTV, and emerging platforms
  • Support campaign setup including audience creation, tracking, UTMs, creative trafficking, and platform QA
  • Monitor campaign pacing, spend, delivery, and performance on a daily basis
  • Execute ongoing optimizations related to targeting, bidding, creative, placements, and audience strategy
  • Assist with campaign reporting, dashboard updates, and performance recaps
  • Maintain campaign organization including naming conventions, documentation, and workflow accuracy
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to support campaign execution and delivery
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and help ensure campaigns remain active and healthy
  • Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging digital media trends


Required Qualifications

  • 24+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media buying
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Understanding of campaign setup, optimization, targeting, and reporting fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, live events, or consumer-facing brands
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, and tagging
  • Experience with reporting tools and campaign pacing documents
  • Exposure to programmatic, YouTube, OTT/CTV, or emerging media channels
  • Experience working in agency or fast-paced client-service environments
