Job description

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. Razer is a place to do great work, offering you the opportunity to make an impact globally while working across a global team located across 5 continents. Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.
Job Responsibilities :
At Razer, events are where the brand comes alive - the moments when our community, partners, and the broader gaming world experience what "For Gamers. By Gamers." actually means. From the show floor at CES to fan-first activations at PAX and beyond, our presence at industry and cultural moments shapes how millions perceive Razer.
The Sr. Events Manager is the operational engine behind that presence across the Americas. You'll own the end-to-end execution of Razer's most visible touchpoints - partnering with marketing, product, design, and global teams to translate brand strategy into experiences that move audiences, generate earned media, and drive measurable business impact. This is a role for an events professional who thrives on complexity, sweats the details that elevate good activations into memorable ones, and is energized by working at the intersection of gaming culture, brand, and commerce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of Razer's event programs across the Americas (CES, PAX, Summer Game Fest, TwitchCon, and brand activations), owning operational timelines, run-of-show, and on-site delivery from concept through wrap.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, and production partners, ensuring Statements of Work, deliverables, and costs align with approved budgets and company standards.
  • Own event budgets end-to-end, including expense tracking, vendor payment processing, internal payment requests, and reconciliation against approved financial plans.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams (marketing, product, design, sales, global) and external partners, ensuring timely flow of assets, requirements, and approvals.
  • Maintain the Americas marketing event calendar, tracking sponsorships, activations, and sales promotions to ensure cross-team visibility and alignment with broader marketing plans.
  • Partner with marketing and design to develop booth concepts, branded environments, swag, giveaways, and event collateral that reflect Razer's visual identity and brand standards.
  • Produce comprehensive event documentation - briefs, run-of-show, equipment lists, staffing schedules - and manage event inventory, storage, and logistics across concurrent programs.
  • Manage attendee operations including registration, badging, and travel coordination (flights, accommodations, approvals) for staff, partners, and guests in line with budget and policy.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and event platforms to drive efficiency in planning, execution, and post-event analysis, identifying opportunities to scale operations as the program grows.
  • Define success against OKRs and execute post-event reporting - capturing feedback, performance data, and insights - and share findings with regional and global stakeholders to inform future programs.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in event management, ideally including large-scale trade shows, brand activations, or consumer-facing experiential programs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of event budgets at meaningful scale, with a track record of delivering programs on time and on budget.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with experience drafting and managing SOWs and contracts.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills - able to build timelines, anticipate risk, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned without constant oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and sound judgment under pressure; able to make confident decisions on-site when plans change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across global teams and cultures.
  • Working knowledge of the gaming industry, gamer culture, and the competitive landscape Razer operates in.
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require, and to travel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience executing at major gaming or entertainment events (CES, PAX, Summer Game Fest, TwitchCon, Comic-Con, or similar).
  • Experience with event management platforms and AI-enabled tools for planning, registration, and post-event analytics.
  • Background working with or within a consumer brand where design quality, brand consistency, and community engagement are core to the event experience.
  • Experience coordinating esports activations, influencer/creator programs, or talent integrations at events.
