Job description

Our Client is not your average telecom company. We operate at the intersection of agility and scale as a leading Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) and wireless carrier aggregator. In plain English: we buy network capacity in bulk from the major nationwide networks and package custom, cost-effective cellular data and IoT connectivity solutions for businesses.

Because we aggregate for the carriers, our clients get the best coverage, redundancy, and pricing on a single invoice. As our Director of Sales, your job is to get face-to-face with mid-market and enterprise businesses, understand their connectivity headaches, and show them how our aggregated ecosystem beats buying direct from a single rigid carrier.

If this opportunity sounds like something you would like to explore, complete our 2 step application process.

  • Step 1: Complete the 10-20 Minute Culture Index Survey found here: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/svgQsvjzzsrlA1whf

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

This is a hunter role. You won’t be sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring; you’ll be out in the field building territory relationships.

  • Own the Pipeline: Identify, target, and close B2B accounts requiring bulk cellular endpoints, fleet tracking, mobile workforce connectivity, or backup failover systems.

  • Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients' current telecom bills and coverage gaps to engineer a multi-carrier aggregator solution that saves them money and improves uptime.

  • Hit the Road: Pitch face-to-face to C-suite executives, IT Directors, and Operations Managers.

  • Manage the Lifecycle: Navigate complex, multi-month sales cycles from initial cold outreach and site visits to contract negotiation and handoff to account management.

  • Stay Ahead of Tech: Keep pulse on eSIM technology, 5G deployments, and IoT trends to position our MVNO services ahead of standard carrier reps.

What You Bring to the Table
  • The Telecom Edge: 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within telecom, MVNOs, wireless hardware, or SaaS connectivity platforms.

  • Aggregator Fluency: You understand the vocabulary of the industry—APNs, IMEI white-listing, pooled data, eSIM profiling, and data throttling limits mean something to you.

  • The Hunter Mindset: A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding an individual quota. You love the thrill of winning new logos.

  • B2B Maturity: Comfort pitching to technical IT buyers as well as finance-minded CFOs.

  • Reliable Wheels & Willpower: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a genuine enjoyment of regional travel and face-to-face client meetings.
