Adecco is urgently hiring a full-time, permanent Plasma Masker to work for a well established manufacturer in East Granby, CT.

Position Details:

  • Location: East Granby, CT

  • Type: Full-time; direct hire

  • Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour + 17% shift Differential

  • Schedules: 3rd shift (10:30pm – 7:00am) Must be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift

Job Details:

The Plasma Masker will:

  • Interpret and follow operation sheets, engine manuals, and blueprints to determine information required to properly mask an aerospace component for plasma coating.

  • Ensure use of proper fixtures and tools; maintain masking tape inventory levels required to meet production goals. Requisition materials and tooling as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in an aerospace environment preferred

  • Previous masking experience is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, good communications skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, blueprints and technical data.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
