Espresso Selling Specialists are responsible for:

Educating consumers on all aspects of our client's product.

Creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for the customers.

Collecting customer feedback.

Maintaining sales goals and effective selling techniques.

Meeting sales goals and quotas.



Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Has direct sales experience; retail sales a must.

Can drive sales and become a talented and knowledgeable barista.

Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication.

Must be able to Skype or Video Chat (this is for the initial interview only).

Will have high-speed internet access required for daily reporting, uploading photos, and training.

Must commit to and work weekends.

Must have reliable transportation.
