How you'll make an impact:
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Asset Management will oversee the development, enrichment, and governance of SiriusXM's marketing and creative assets within the company's Asset Management platform - currently Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring creative materials are properly cataloged, tagged, maintained and governed with accurate metadata, including usage rights, embargo dates, project details, and product information.
What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator for SiriusXM's Marketing Asset Management system (currently AEM).
  • Receive, enrich, and catalog creative assets with accurate metadata and supporting documentation.
  • Perform retroactive metadata cleanup and organization to improve asset searchability and compliance.
  • Manage ingestion and tagging of all new creative and purchased marketing assets, including stock imagery and licensed materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Creative, Brand, Programming, Legal) to maintain consistent asset governance and rights management practices.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of metadata schemas, taxonomy frameworks, and workflow automations. Work with Technology to ensure fidelity & efficiency of inputs from various Creative partners.
  • Support digital rights management (DRM) guardrails and ensure compliance with licensing, font usage, and embargoed materials.
  • Participate in testing and implementing process improvements, automations, and new DAM features & upgrades.
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support to creative and marketing teams.
  • Support the migration, organization, and ongoing maintenance of legacy assets as needed.
  • Deliver accurate data entry, systematic documentation, and continuous process optimization to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Advance system governance, user adoption, and future platform enhancements.
  • Coordinate management, creation, and distribution of channel change assets with relevant teams (e.g. Creative, Programming and Marketing Operations, Engineering) in asset management (AEM & Monday.com)
    • Publish and maintain all channel logo assets for channel changes
    • Distribute channel logos and talent images for internal marketing initiatives
  • General project management.

What you'll need:
  • 8+ years of experience working with enterprise-level Asset Management systems (AEM preferred).
  • 2+ years as an asset archivist, marketing operations specialist, or digital technician supporting creative asset production in large organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (especially Bridge and Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of digital rights management (DRM), licensing requirements, and metadata best practices.
  • Experience with tools such as MS Office 365, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or Monday.com.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Producers, Creative teams, Project Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting technical requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Studio or post-production experience a plus.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $92,300 to $142,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
