Job description

In the journey of life, your career should make a difference.

At Inizio Evoke, we come together-to do the best work, in the best possible place. We're all in. Because it's everyone's role to make health more human. Our culture is inherently entrepreneurial, nurturing, and inclusive, embracing the uniqueness of each individual from day one.

About the Role

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist (Digital Project Manager) to join our dynamic MarTech team. This is a technical project management role designed for a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology and execution.

In this role, you will be a key driver supporting a high-profile product for a major client partnership. You will play a vital role in an omnichannel ecosystem, helping to connect existing products with new branding through technical precision, AI integrations, and streamlined workflows.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Bridge the gap: Translating complex technical infrastructure into creative brand successes.

  • Drive innovation: Supporting the rollout of "net-new" infrastructure and cutting-edge AI integrations.

  • Deliver excellence: Ensuring seamless, high-quality campaign deployment in a fast-paced, launch-oriented environment.

Here's What You'll Do

In this role, your responsibilities will span technical execution, cross-functional leadership, and client delivery.

Project Execution
  • Own end-to-end execution of technical digital projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and perfectly aligned with MarTech infrastructure.

  • Lead the development of project briefs, technical documentation, scoping, and resource planning.

  • Support the implementation of emerging tech solutions, technical infrastructure, and AI integrations to recommend continuous executional improvements.

  • Navigate complex regulatory submission processes, meticulously preparing materials that meet industry standards.

Collaboration & Client Alignment
  • Partner closely with Technical leads, Account leads, and Project Management teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Manage client communications transparently regarding project progress, risks, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Oversee operational health by managing complex timelines and tracking financial forecasting.

About You

We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who brings the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of digital project management or MarTech execution experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical marketing space.

  • Strong understanding of cross-channel digital campaigns (web and email-based delivery) and technical brief writing.

  • Expert-level proficiency with project management platforms, specifically Workfront and Smartsheet.

  • A flexible, growth-oriented mindset with the initiative to take true ownership of "net-new" infrastructure projects.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and maintain high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, launch-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

What We Offer

Inizio Evoke provides an exciting, flexible work environment. Our comprehensive benefits include:

  • Competitive compensation packages

  • Outstanding company-paid medical and dental benefits

  • 401(k) matching

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Flexible time off (FTO)

Our Pledge:

At Inizio Evoke, our goal is to provide you with the best possible support in an environment where you will grow and thrive.

Our culture is inherently entrepreneurial. We aim to maintain an environment that is nurturing and inclusive-embracing the uniqueness of each individual.

We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
