Job Summary:
Saviance is seeking a Project Manager for Digital Project Management who will lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure project alignment with business goals and successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify project resources and allocate them effectively to meet project goals.
• Ensure all digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, development, design, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors or partners to support successful project delivery.
• Communicate project goals, updates, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks or issues that may impact project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to address project roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to maintain progress.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, including risks, milestones, and achievements.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors or partners.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
