Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Oilfield Project Manager with 10 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas / Digital Oilfield industry to lead end-to-end implementation of digital production systems. You will manage projects involving real-time production monitoring, artificial lift surveillance and optimization, production optimization, and oilfield automation. The role requires close collaboration with production engineers, field teams, implementation teams, customers, and executives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements. This is a hands-on customer-facing project leadership role responsible for project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Digital Oilfield projects.
  • Manage implementation and lifecycle of real-time production monitoring systems.
  • Oversee artificial lift surveillance and optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production engineers, field supervisors, implementation teams, customers, and executives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead customer and executive stakeholder communication and decision-making.
  • Ensure successful field implementation and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Drive production optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 12 years of overall experience.
  • BE/BTech degree.
  • Strong Project/Program Management experience.
  • Hands-on Oil & Gas / Digital Oilfield experience.
  • Experience with real-time production monitoring and artificial lift.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong stakeholder, budget, timeline, resource, and risk management skills.
