Job Summary
The goal of the Project Management Coordinator is to organize, administer, and control project activities, under the direction and supervision of the Manager, Project Management. The Project Management Coordinator will support and collaborate with the Project Managers in overseeing and managing their assigned projects.
Job Overview
  • Creates and updates Sales Orders in SAP system including Billing Plans and Billing Milestones.
  • Inputs and updates the plan/target figures in SAP system.
  • Supports Project Managers to manage the payment schedules/invoicing.
  • Reviews and ensures completeness of Handover package. Coordinates further actions with relevant stakeholders, if needed.
  • Creates and maintains projects and project folders within the applicable systems/folder structures.
  • Creates invoices in SAP and uploads them into client sites.
  • Completes document filing for the department.
  • Provides general administrative support, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Education
  • An associate's degree in engineering, business, or related education is required.
  • A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate or similar is preferred.

Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management Coordinator, Project Administration, or similar role is preferred.
  • Must have experience producing accurate reporting and administration documentation.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is strongly preferred.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
