Mode : Contract (6+ Months) - Onsite
Experience: 2+ Years
We are looking for a Project Management Support Trainee to assist in planning, tracking, and coordination of projects. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking exposure to IT project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and PMO practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Track project milestones, tasks, risks, and issues
  • Support in preparing weekly/monthly status reports (WBS, RAID logs, MIS)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task follow-ups and status updates
  • Help in organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and templates
  • Support in resource tracking and utilization reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
