Job Summary

We are seeking a digital project manager to collaborate with internal development team, Marketing, Creative Services, eCommerce, Sales Operations, Product, Customer Care, Operations/Systems Teams (Internal & External), Compliance/Legal, and lines of business stakeholders to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability of required solutions. 

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end intake and prioritization process, leading grooming sessions to evaluate incoming requests, refine requirements, size work, identify dependencies, and coordinate resource allocation across multiple initiatives. 
  • Manage development team workload and capacity, balancing priorities across competing initiatives to optimize delivery timelines and resource utilization. 
  • Partner with Product, UX/UI, Content Operations, Development, QA, and business stakeholders to align priorities and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams. 
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for project execution, leading stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and working sessions to drive decision-making, remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives. 
  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, resource assignments, communication plans, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and governance processes. 
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items and decisions, and drive accountability for follow-through and execution. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from operational enhancements and quick wins to large-scale strategic initiatives. 
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, templates, and best practices. 
Qualifications
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Drupal 
  • Experience working with project management and work intake tools, specifically JIRA and Workfront 
  • Experience leading intake, backlog grooming, and prioritization processes, including requirements refinement, effort estimation, dependency identification, and resource assignment. 
  • Proven ability to manage development team capacity and workload across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing roadmap priorities, operational support, and urgent business requests. 
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Development, UX/UI, QA, Content Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver complex digital initiatives. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - experience with tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams necessary 
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver upon numerous objectives/goals. 
  • Strong computer, reporting & presentation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • 5-7 years experience in digital project development/management. 
  • Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence. 
  • High degree of independent leadership, critical and strategic thinking, accountability, analytical, and teamwork skills. 
  • Experience working directly with Executive level stakeholders. 
  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited College or University.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $64,260 - $105,570 /year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
