Job Title:- Drupal Developer
Location:- Stamford Connecticut 3 days a week Onsite position. (No remote candidates).
Duration:- 8+ Months
Below is the Job Description for the Drupal/PHP position.
  • Design and develop features for NBC Sports Group properties, such as the 2024 Summer Olympics (Paris), using Drupal 9 as the current codebase with Drupal 10 in the forecast, as well as PHP 8 as the current programming language.
  • Implement sophisticated user interfaces using leading technologies and techniques with jQuery and Bootstrap.
  • Support web servers and other servers via scheduled maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring, hosted at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Adhere to feasibility reviews for potential new projects, including development effort estimates.
  • Build applications to agree upon specifications within the required timeframe.
  • Develop custom functionality in Drupal and operationalize the implementation of all features.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of LAMP performance and configuration.
  • React to peer reviews of PHP application code, ensuring that all code complies with team standards.
  • Create each new feature with attention to performance and scalability.
  • Work with Product Managers and Quality Assurance to identify and address reported issues quickly and effectively.
  • Have a thorough understanding of REST and building endpoints with custom services in Drupal via OAuth.
