Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager – New Product Development to join the Wire and Cable Management team. This position reports to West Hartford, CT. This role will lead complex, cross-functional New Product Development programs from concept through commercialization and post-launch review.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing project plans, aligning stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects meet customer, financial, quality, schedule, and business objectives. The Senior Project Manager will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches. This role requires strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and execution discipline in a fast-paced product development environment.
