Americaneagle.com is seeking collaborative and proactive Project Managers to lead projects from contract signing through successful delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Americaneagle.com and our clients while guiding projects through the system development lifecycle and helping establish long-term client partnerships.
The engagements our Project Managers lead vary significantly across industries, technologies, and project types. This dynamic environment provides opportunities to tackle compelling challenges while collaborating with talented teams across a wide range of disciplines. Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of project milestones
  • Track and measure project status throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage communication with clients through status calls, emails, and weekly status reports
  • Ensure quality deliverables are produced and meet client expectations
  • Manage project budgets, scope, backlogs, and change request processes
  • Ensure project management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee the timely completion and archiving of projects
  • Manage project risks, blockers, and escalations
  • Act as the liaison between clients and development teams
  • Participate in kickoff, requirements gathering, status, demonstration, and training meetings with clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of project management experience within a digital agency or corporate environment preferred
  • Ability to meet both internal and client deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to manage individual workload, take initiative, and assume responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, WordPress, Kentico, and BigCommerce is a plus
