Job description

Join a fast-moving digital commerce team and help drive go-to-market execution for a growing social shopping channel. This hybrid project management role supports campaign planning, live events, influencer activations, product launches, and cross-functional coordination to keep initiatives moving smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the go-to-market calendar for upcoming activations, campaigns, launches, and live shopping events
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to keep multiple projects on track
  • Support the execution of major brand activation moments, including event-based and livestream initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help bring campaigns and live experiences to life
  • Help organize sampling needs, track deadlines, and ensure key stakeholders stay aligned
  • Lead or support cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and documenting action items
  • Maintain reporting, trackers, and program updates to support visibility across the team
  • Assist with expense tracking, process documentation, and SOP development for new workflows
  • Draft internal newsletters and communication updates for broader merchandising, digital, and marketing groups
  • Monitor the team inbox and route requests to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Track and prioritize enhancement requests, including outlining business need, value, and risk
  • Partner with IT and product teams as needed to gather business requirements and support ongoing improvements
Skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, merchandising, buying, category management, digital marketing, brand activations, or related work
  • Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, CPG, beauty, or consumer-focused initiatives
