Are you passionate about digital strategy and helping businesses thrive online? As a District Digital Performance Specialist, you'll be the go-to consultant for a group of dealers, guiding them to optimize their digital presence and performance. This role blends strategy, coaching, and execution-making you a key player in shaping the future of automotive retail.
What You'll Do:
  • Act as the primary digital advisor for assigned dealers, driving adoption and success across sponsored digital programs.
  • Partner with District Sales and Aftersales Managers to identify opportunities that boost dealer engagement and performance.
  • Coach dealers on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through cutting-edge digital strategies.
  • Conduct digital assessments, review KPIs, and develop actionable plans to improve results.
  • Coordinate website customizations, resolve vendor issues, and quarterback technical support requests.
  • Lead execution of divisional go-to-market strategies across key digital areas:
    • Websites & digital advertising
    • Consumer marketing
    • Lead management
    • Service optimization
    • Social media & reputation management
    • Digital signage and more

What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and digital retail strategies.
  • Strong consulting and relationship-building skills-you know how to become a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and adapt to varying levels of dealership digital expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive or dealership experience.
