Job description

Role Summary

The Digital Performance & Optimization Manager drives SEO, website performance, analytics, conversion optimization, and emerging AI search strategy to increase organic visibility and lead generation. This role partners with marketing, sales, design, and web development teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Search Strategy

  • Lead SEO strategy, including technical audits, site health, keyword and competitive research, content optimization, metadata, internal linking, and search best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized SEO and digital performance roadmap alignedwith business goals and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor changes in traditional and AI-driven search and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and performance.

Website Performance & QA

  • Partner with developers and vendors to identify, implement, and validate website improvements.
  • Lead QA for website launches and updates, including forms, tracking, integrations, structured data, mobile functionality, accessibility, and conversion paths.
  • Support ongoing WordPress site performance and optimization.

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

  • Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, SEO tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze traffic, user behavior, lead attribution, and conversion performance and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and manage CRO initiatives for landing pages, CTAs, forms, navigation, and other key conversion opportunities.
  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO and digital performance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, content, and local SEO.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and professional SEO tools.
  • Experience analyzing website performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and website architecture.
  • Experience with conversion optimization, testing, and website QA.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search and evolving search behaviors.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns.
  • Experience with local SEO and location-based marketing.
