In this Media Specialist u2013 Digital Performance role, you wonu2019t just manage campaignsu2014youu2019ll help move our performance approach forward across the Sports Experts, Atmosphere, and Trio Hockey banners. SEM, Social, Display: youu2019ll lead, optimize, and measure impact with our agency partners, while ensuring budget discipline and KPI tracking. The most exciting part? Youu2019ll have the resources and the opportunity to be a leader in implementing the latest digital tactics and innovations (testing, new formats, emerging platforms, best practices) to maximize every dollar invested and deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily management of performance media campaigns (SEM, social, display).
Collaborate with the agency to optimize strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives.
Manage media budgets and track spending (purchase orders, invoicing, etc.).
Lead the affiliate program, including partner relationship, budget oversight, performance tracking, and optimization.
Coordinate the delivery of campaign content in collaboration with internal content teams.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Share and present campaign results to internal teams and senior leadership.
Plan and execute tests for new media tactics.
Configure media platforms based on business needs and emerging innovations (Meta, Search Ads 360, TikTok, GTM, etc.).
Actively contribute to special digital projects and media innovation initiatives.
Support audience strategy development by creating relevant audience segments using internal tools, then testing and analyzing performance.
What you bring
Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, either in an agency and/or in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and media platforms
Expertise in Google tools (Tag Manager, Adwords, GA4, Looker), programmatic platforms (DV360), and social media tools (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML (an asset)
Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate technical platform configurations
Strong understanding of business goals and the ability to translate them into actionable media strategies
Excellent analytical and communication skills (able to simplify complex topics clearly)
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across internal and external partners
Curious, autonomous, resourceful, and passionate about digital
Experience in retail (an asset)
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
