The Manager, FP&A - Digital oversees financial planning, performance analysis, and results tracking for the eCommerce business unit. This role manages a team of analysts and acts as a key partner to the Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.

The Team Lead ensures a clear understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, and online performance indicators to support sustainable and profitable growth. Your Role : Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A analysts. Ensure the quality, rigor, and consistency of all analyses produced.

Set priorities and ensure deadlines are met. Financial Planning and Analysis Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the Digital unit. Develop and maintain financial models related to sales, margin, acquisition costs, promotions, and EBITDA.

Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts and provide clear recommendations. eCommerce Performance Monitoring Produce and interpret key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, average order value, cancellation rate, and more. Assess the performance of marketing initiatives.

Develop reports and dashboards to support decision‑making. Business Partnership Collaborate with Digital teams to understand priorities and operational challenges. Translate business needs into relevant financial analyses.

Participate in the financial evaluation of Digital projects and investments. Data Governance and Quality Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used in analyses. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.

Maintain high standards of documentation and financial discipline. The qualifications we're looking for : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field. 6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or performance marketing.

Experience in team management or functional leadership. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs.

Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is an asset. Strong leadership and ability to set clear priorities. Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.

Rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical thinking. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Success Indicators Accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts.

Improved performance and profitability of the Digital channel. Quality and relevance of analyses delivered to internal partners. Efficiency of reporting processes and KPI tracking.
