Job description

Company:
At Kem Krest, we are more than a supply chain solutions provider - we are a trusted partner to some of the world's leading automotive, heavy-duty, and powersports OEMs. As a certified minority-owned business, we deliver customized services in packaging, logistics, and compliance with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer success.
With a global network, high-touch service, and a relentless commitment to quality, Kem Krest is the go-to partner for companies seeking to streamline operations, reduce costs, and accelerate growth. Join us and be part of a team that's passionate about making supply chains smarter, and partnerships stronger.
Opportunity:
At Kem Krest, we're investing in modern, data-driven marketing - and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help lead that transformation.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build and scale our digital marketing capabilities from the ground up, directly influencing how we grow brand awareness, expand our sales pipeline, and win new business. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role - you'll define strategy, implement new approaches, and create measurable impact across the organization.
If you're energized by turning insights into action, building systems that drive growth, and seeing your work clearly tied to business outcomes, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful mark.
Work Location & Travel:
  • Fully remote
  • Strong preference for candidates located in the Midwestern US (e.g. Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis) to support close collaboration
  • Travel: less than 20%

Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve Kem Krest's digital marketing strategy end-to-end, defining how we show up across SEO, paid media, social, email, and web to drive awareness and demand in priority markets
  • Build a modern, data-driven marketing engine, leveraging analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and clearly connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Design and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that engage target accounts, personas, and verticals-translating business priorities into measurable marketing programs
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth, increasing qualified inbound leads (MQLs/SQLs) while improving conversion rates across the entire funnel
  • Continuously optimize digital performance, including SEO, GEO, paid search, and paid social, to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment
  • Elevate the website experience, improving content, UX, and conversion paths to turn traffic into meaningful business opportunities
  • Establish and scale robust tracking and reporting frameworks, delivering clear, actionable insights through tools like HubSpot, Excel, and Power BI
  • Lead and influence external agency partners, holding them accountable to performance, optimizing spend, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with customer needs and revenue goals
  • Build for the future, developing scalable processes, tools, and capabilities that enable long-term growth and position marketing as a strategic driver of the business

Your Contributions:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing digital marketing strategy and execution for B2B audiences
  • Proven hands-on experience with technical aspects and day-to-day management of SEO, GEO, paid search, and LinkedIn social media programs and related tools (e.g. G4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of best practices in modern website design and user experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot CRM for marketing automation and analytics
  • Proven analytical capabilities, with demonstrated strength in manipulating large data sets using tools like Excel and PowerBI
  • Natural curiosity and affinity for problem-solving. Lean Six Sigma training or equivalent a plus
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing agency partners is highly desirable
