Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate supports Reelcraft Industries’ digital marketing operations and content-development activities across the company’s website, customer relationship management platform, marketing automation, eCommerce, analytics, social media, and digital channels. This hands-on role combines technical curiosity, content execution, and analytical support to strengthen digital programs, improve the customer journey, and help the Sales & Marketing team deliver accurate, timely, and effective communications for the core of Reelcraft’s revenue engine.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and optimize Reelcraft’s WordPress website and content management system, including routine content updates, page quality, functionality, and coordination of technical issues.
  • Assist with the development, administration, and continuous improvement of eCommerce activities and related digital customer experiences.
  • Serve as a trained backup for HubSpot customer relationship management and marketing automation activities, including data quality, campaign support, workflows, forms, lists, and reporting within assigned authority.
  • Assist with marketing-funnel measurement, digital performance analysis, and preparation of actionable reporting for the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Capture, produce, edit, organize, and publish digital content across approved channels, including website, email, video, social, and other marketing platforms.
  • Support social media administration and internal digital-communication needs while following company brand, quality, confidentiality, and approval standards.
  • Promote the responsible adoption of approved artificial-intelligence tools within Marketing and serve as a resource for practical, compliant use across the broader Reelcraft team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to complete digital projects, resolve issues, and maintain accurate schedules, assets, and documentation.
  • Monitor digital tools and practices, identify improvement opportunities, and build knowledge of Reelcraft products, customers, markets, and manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field, or an approved equivalent combination of relevant education and directly related experience.
  • Zero to three years of experience in digital marketing operations, content production, web-focused marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Practical exposure to a WordPress production environment or comparable content management system.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable customer relationship management and marketing automation platform.
  • Ability to organize multiple assignments, maintain accurate digital content and data, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort learning and responsibly applying approved artificial-intelligence tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable under company policy.
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours and travel as business needs require.
