Red Pebbles Hospitality is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands. You will be an integral member of the Marketing Team and engage with the corporate team and general managers to understand business requirements and champion digital development from inception to deployment. This role includes managing / implementing the digital strategy, assessing the effectiveness of efforts and developing content for multiple channels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and measure all digital marketing efforts, including email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Monthly performance report to assess activities against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plans, designs and executes branded marketing collateral needs in conjunction with CMO
  • Maintains, monitors and optimizes brand, “.com” and vanity websites.
  • Assists sales, catering and events teams to promote restaurants and activities to client base to both attract new business and increase revenues
  • Creates annual Google marketing calendars for all properties
  • Manages digital marketing budget
  • Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Photoshop & Illustrator or InDesign a plus
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be highly motivated, have a positive demeanor, be a team player, proactive self-starter, and excellent communicator
