Leads the design and development of effective, audience-centered learning solutions that translate business requirements into measurable behavior and skill outcomes. Ensures all work supports Global Learning Experience objectives and complies with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.


Is this role right for you? In this role you will: 

  • Champions a customer-focused culture and leverages broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Leads the architecture, design, and development of end-to-end learning solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Facilitates working sessions, consultations, reviews, and stakeholder engagement to define requirements, validate direction, and secure approvals.
  • Oversees end-to-end lifecycle of learning video content by supporting intake, review, maintenance, updates, clean-up, and retirement of assets to ensure content remains current, accessible, organized, and aligned to learning standards.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of Vidyard for Learning, including folder maintenance, administrator processes, access support, troubleshooting, testing, and timely resolution of platform or content-related issues.
  • Support software vendor onboarding, renewals, issue management, communications, and relationship activities while partnering with GHRT and other stakeholders to minimize end-user impact and ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Drives innovation in learning solution design, digital development, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Establish, maintain, and apply standards, processes, and best practices for managing learning video assets, including tagging, captioning, folder structure, quality expectations, retention timelines, and content removal criteria.
  • Ensures learning solutions achieve intended outcomes within project scope and timelines.
    Supports effective risk management, compliance, and operational controls in day-to-day activities.
  • Contributes to a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
  • Identify gaps in current practices, recommend improvements, and support consistent adoption of governance, maintenance, and intake processes across Learning teams and Vidyard administrators.
  • Research tool functionalities, innovative ways of designing/developing digital learning assets.
  • Maintain and update digital learning design guides, new ID onboarding journey and vendor package.

 Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have:  

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in digital design, learning platform maintenance, or a related role leading to corporate learning solutions.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Adult Education, Digital Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience developing learning strategies and solutions in a large, complex corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and digital learning practices.
  • Proficiency with learning and multimedia tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud, Vidyard; additional tools are an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, prioritize, solve problems, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver measurable learning outcomes.
    Spanish language skills are an asset.
