The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky, is $87,520.00 to $109,400.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

The Learning & Development Manager, Operations will design and deliver learning programs that strengthen capability, performance, and operational excellence across Pernod Ricard's Operations organization. This role will partner closely with Operations leaders to identify skill gaps, build practical training solutions, and ensure employees have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to perform at their best.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, this role will support manufacturing and operations teams through a mix of in-person, digital, and technology-enabled learning. The ideal candidate brings strong L&D expertise, a practical understanding of manufacturing environments, and a passion for building programs that drive measurable impact. This role reports to the Head of Talent, Development & Culture.

What you'll do:

Build Learning Programs That Strengthen Operations Capability

  • Partner with Operations leaders to assess capability needs, identify training gaps, and prioritize learning solutions that support business goals.
  • Design and deliver practical learning programs for manufacturing and operations teams, including instructor-led, digital, and blended learning experiences.
  • Create learning content, facilitator guides, job aids, and other tools that help employees apply new skills in their day-to-day work.

Enable Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Align learning initiatives to key operational priorities, including performance, productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Support consistent training practices across Operations by helping standardize content, processes, and documentation where appropriate.
  • Use feedback, learning data, and business insights to evaluate program effectiveness and refine solutions over time.

Manage Learning Systems, Tools, and Stakeholder Partnerships

  • Use Learning Management Systems, including Workday Learning, to administer, track, and optimize training programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Leverage digital tools, AI-enabled learning platforms, and analytics to enhance the learning experience and improve visibility into training impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or a related field, with demonstrated impact designing and delivering learning programs.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or similar environment; CPG experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to assess capability needs, identify skill gaps, and translate business priorities into actionable learning solutions.
  • Experience designing learning content, facilitator guides, job aids, and/or digital learning materials.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning, and other digital learning tools.
  • Experience with AI-enhanced learning platforms such as Coursera for Business, Degreed, EdCast, or similar tools preferred.
  • Comfort using data, feedback, and reporting tools to evaluate learning effectiveness; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or AI-based analytics preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, project management, and vendor management skills.
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
  • Ability to travel to our manufacturing sites in North America at least quarterly.
