Overview
The Digital Content Coordinator supports day-to-day e-commerce content operations and on-site personalization initiatives across digital channels. This role is responsible for managing website content updates, publishing marketing assets, supporting quality assurance processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the site. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage digital content through content management systems, including onboarding and publishing marketing assets across U.S. and Canada sites
  • Utilize content management and personalization platforms to support site updates and customer experience initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Site Merchandising, Creative, UX, Planning, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver accurate and timely website content
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance testing and monitor website functionality to identify and resolve issues prior to customer impact
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting related to digital content performance and site operations
  • Assist with development and execution of website personalization strategies and customer experience enhancements
  • Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics including conversion, add-to-cart behavior, and sales impact
  • Prioritize projects, requests, and content updates based on timelines, analytics, and business priorities
  • Troubleshoot content and technical issues and follow through to resolution

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working in a collaborative, professional, or digital environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with digital systems and web-based platforms
  • Passion for retail, e-commerce, and digital customer experiences

Preferred

  • Experience with content management systems, product information systems, or personalization platforms
  • Understanding of e-commerce website operations and customer experience best practices
  • Experience troubleshooting website or digital content issues
