Job Summary

ALEKO is seeking a creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to create engaging visual content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for producing high-quality digital assets that support social media, website content, email marketing, digital advertising, product promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with experience in photography, videography, content planning, and graphic design. They should be comfortable taking ownership of the content creation process from concept to execution, regularly generating fresh ideas, capturing and editing content, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and bring creativity and initiative to the role every day.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain ALEKO's social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance monitoring.

· Develop and execute content strategies for social media that support brand awareness, engagement, and business objectives.

· Generate creative concepts and content ideas for social media that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and industry trends.

· Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content for social media, website, advertising, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

· Design graphics and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency.

· Write concise and engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.

· Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, budget management, and performance optimization.

· Monitor content and campaign performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and engagement data.

· Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, content best practices, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

· Assist with the creation of marketing materials as needed.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

· Demonstrated experience creating engaging photo, video, and graphic content for digital platforms.

· Basic graphic design skills with an understanding of layout, branding, and visual storytelling.

· Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

· Ability to develop creative content ideas and execute them from concept to completion.

· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Basic copywriting and communication skills.

· Experience analyzing social media and advertising performance metrics and applying insights to improve results.

· Knowledge of current social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) preferred.

· Portfolio of relevant content creation work required.

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at computer monitors.

· Occasional lifting of up to twenty-five pounds may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
