About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new clients in the retail display, merchandising, and commercial fixture industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in retail, brands, and corporate merchandising teams.
  • Present and pitch Retail Firsts custom retail display solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, and production) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and sales metrics.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
