Job description


At Dignotion, we're building a high-performing team of digital marketing experts to drive growth for ambitious startups and global brands alike. Our partners include some of the world's leading tech platforms, and we're rapidly expanding our service capabilities. To support this growth, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and strategic partnership development.
In this role, you'll identify and cultivate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help shape how Dignotion's marketing services are delivered and positioned in a competitive landscape. We're looking for an autonomous, results-driven professional with strong communication and project management skills, eager to contribute to a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
This is a part-time, flexible role open to remote candidates (U.S. time zones) or those based in NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound sales leads
  • Maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate on case studies, marketing collateral, and strategic pitches
  • Support Dignotion's content, email, and social media initiatives
  • Monitor and report on business development performance and insights
  • Establish and grow partnerships within key industry verticals

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a digital or performance marketing context
  • Strong written and spoken English; confident communicator and presenter
  • Track record of generating leads and closing deals independently
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance data and KPIs
  • Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
  • Proficiency with tools such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, video conferencing, and online communication tools
  • Educational or professional background in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience selling digital marketing or performance-based services
  • Existing client relationships in NYC or U.S. markets
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM
  • Additional language skills
  • Agency, consultancy, or startup experience
