Job description

Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity in South Bend, IN.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • 7x24 IT support (alternates weekly)
  • Generate Support Documentation
  • Create required tickets and populate with required information
  • Document processes and procedures for administration and support

Cyber-Security

  • Cyber-security threat response team
  • Monitor security systems and tools to identify, document and mitigate threats

Implementation, Management, and Support

  • Implement, manage, and support for the following:
  • Windows Server (2019 )
  • Windows Desktops (Windows 11...)
  • Local system firewalls
  • Corporate approved desktop applications
  • Network hardware/software

Corporate Server-Based Applications

  • Support corporate server-based applications, such as:
  • Corporate Accounting System
  • Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure
  • Email System (smtp and MS Exchange)
  • DLP Security System
  • Surveillance/Access System
  • General Network Services/Appliances (NFS, NetBEUI, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS/HTTPS, Active Directory, Firewalls, Backup, Security, ...)

External Services and Automation

  • Implement and support for external services:
  • Voice-mail, Messaging and Meeting Service
