Position Summary
This role Maintains infrastructures to be readily available at all times and puts efforts in accident prevention to make the workplace safe. The position supports to make fundamentals for stable production activities by managing infrastructures in accordance with the relevant laws, corporate /internal standards. Additionally, it involves Managing work orders and assigning maintenance a tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • [Infrastructure management and operation] Perform the management and operation of infrastructures such as utility facilities and buildings.
  • [Saving energy] Participate in the establishment of energy saving strategies via efficient operation of infrastructures.
  • [Partner management] Participate in the management of partner companies, identification and improvement regarding non-conformity detected during inspections, and respond to legal risks with knowledge of the range of a contract.
  • [License management] Perform licensing work related to the operation of infrastructures such as partner management, energy operation, water resource operation, and electricity operation.

  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.

  • Requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
  • Semiconductor tool hook-up requirements, cleanroom protocols, industrial utilities (UPW, Scrubber, HVAC).
  • SAS analytics, CMMS (preventive & condition monitoring), EAM, MES, Commissioning Software, FMCS.
  • ISO 9001, local building/safety codes, Infra TFT requirements.
  • Calm decision-making under pressure, incident response, influence across multiple teams without direct authority.

Preferred Soft Skills and Experience:
  • Drive a quality culture with contractors, engineers, and technicians without direct reporting lines.
  • Clear, concise storytelling to executives and operational teams; active listening to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Thrive in aggressive ramp-up environments; pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Effective training facilitator; ongoing skill development for junior and senior personnel.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
