Could you be our next Director Development at Lankenau Hospital?
Why work as a Director Development with Main Line Health?

  • Make an Impact! Use your abilities to effectively communicate, motivate others, while directly handling the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major gifts. Working in a team environment you will be responsible to develop, direct, and administer a comprehensive development program for the Hospital including developing the grateful patient experience program. In this highly visible role, serve as the key development member for Lankenau Medical Center working closely with the Senior Vice President, Executive Director(s), members of the Foundation Board, and other leadership and donor constituencies. Represent Development to the Hospital's internal and external constituencies. Develop and implement fundraising cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies for annual and major prospects and donors.

Position: Director of Development
Shift: Full Time position, occasional evening and weekends as needed. Must be able to travel locally 
Experience: 
1. Five to ten years of development experience preferably with a health-care organization
2.. Demonstrated success in major gift fund-raising.
3. Management experience preferred. 
4. Proven negotiation, influencing skills
Education: 
1. Bachelor's degree from recognized college or university required.
2. Master's preferred.
