No previous Automotive experience? No problem. Do you have Call Center or Business Development experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to manage our Call Center/Business Development Center. Ethics, excellence, teamwork, commitment and knowledge are all the values of Wright Automotive. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
  • Manage and track internet leads and inbound sales calls
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
  • Collect and analyze business metrics
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealershipโ€™s goals
  • Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
