Job description

SUMMARY ($45,000 salary + $45,000 commission at goal =$90,000)

The role of Residential Development Representative involves directly engaging with potential customers to sell MSFN's

products. This position entails identifying leads, educating consumers about our offerings, and closing sales on

the spot. While the primary focus is on acquiring new residential customers, there are also opportunities for

upselling and contract renewals with existing subscribers.

This is a full-time position that involves working

primarily in the field.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis.

• Identify and approach prospects in designated neighborhoods.

• Present product offerings effectively and close sales.

• Prepare and submit reports as required.

• Keep track of daily sales activities and results.

• Master the features and benefits of our products to effectively educate consumers.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Develop an understanding of the local market and customer base.

• Knowledge of neighborhoods and areas in Indiana (preferred).

• Provide valuable customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

• Handle high-pressure situations with composure.

• Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

• Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth in the role.

• Fulfill other assigned tasks as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma, or equivalent education, required

• Proven track record in sales or customer service.
