What will I be doing?

This Business Development Manager role is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients. You'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification through deal execution-with an emphasis on complex, multimillion-dollar B2B payments solutions.

You will:

  • Own and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (cold outreach, events, networking)
  • Lead complex sales cycles (6-12 months), partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to win deals
  • Engage C-level decision-makers, building business cases and aligning solutions to strategic priorities
  • Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Navigate and influence large buying groups, including finance, operations, IT, and procurement
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to successful close

What do I need to succeed?

Required:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (solution-based selling)
  • Proven success closing complex, long-cycle deals
  • Experience selling financial, payments, or SaaS solutions
  • Strong ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (highly preferred but not required)
  • Experience in B2B payments, invoicing, financial or fintech required
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree required
