Full-time, days (Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm)

Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually

Responsibilities for Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist (SDC IP)

  • Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.

  • Providing education to existing staff and ensuring medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed

  • Running and assisting with employee training and orientation

  • Assisting with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units

Qualifications of Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist (SDC IP)

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.

  • Prior Experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
