This role provides broad exposure to the sales process and serves as an excellent foundation for a future career in enterprise sales or account management.

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, conducting discovery and qualification to understand business needs, use cases, and fit.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive while ensuring a seamless prospect experience.
  • Monitor and manage 6sense intent and ABM alerts, identifying buying signals and coordinating timely follow-up with Sales.
  • Conduct account, industry, and stakeholder research to support strategic outreach, customer meetings, and opportunity development.
  • Partner with Account Executives to prepare for prospect and customer meetings, including account briefs, call plans, and research summaries.
  • Build and maintain target account and contact lists for ABM campaigns, territory planning, and field marketing initiatives.
  • Support conference and event planning by researching attendees, identifying target prospects, and coordinating pre-event meeting opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Maintain accurate lead, account, and activity data within Salesforce and other sales tools to support pipeline visibility and reporting.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions.
