Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

  • Search out and communicate with prospective clients towards creating new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Understand the products and services the business organization has to offer and communicate such varieties of products to the client.
  • Call and email new leads derived from lists, referrals, and advertising programs.
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion.
  • Set appointments for Sales Managers or Sales Executives for follow up conversations for the ultimate goal of closing qualified leads.
  • Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments.
  • Use SugarCRM to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area.
  • Provide feedback to others in department related to information that prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs.
Qualifications

Key competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with SugarCRM, Salesforce or other CRM platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Excel and Sharepoint.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Professional demeanor and able to connect and make a good impression on the first call.

Education, skills & experience:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Two or more years of telemarketing and or phone sales experience.
