Job description

Join the team at Toy Doctor Auto Inc., Denvers trusted Toyota and Lexus
specialists. For years, our shop has built a reputation for honest service, accurate
diagnostics, and exceptional workmanship. Behind every successful repair is an
organized parts department, and were looking for an experienced Automotive Parts
Manager who can keep our technicians supplied, our inventory accurate, and our
operations running efficiently.

Compensation
This position offers an annual earning potential of approximately $60,000, consisting of
a competitive hourly wage of $22.00-$25.00 per hour plus a performance-based KPI
bonus after successful completion of the initial training period.
Primary Responsibilities
? Source and purchase automotive parts from preferred suppliers including NAPA,
Worldpac, OReilly, dealerships, and other vendors.
? Compare pricing, product quality, and delivery timelines to ensure the best overall
value.
? Maintain appropriate inventory levels through cycle counts, purchasing analysis,
and inventory planning.
? Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, label inventory, and stage parts for
repair orders.
? Communicate delivery updates, shortages, and backorders with service advisors
and technicians.
? Process warranty claims, core returns, and vendor credits in a timely manner.
? Monitor pricing strategies and help maintain strong parts gross profit margins.
? Audit repair orders to ensure parts are billed correctly and no items are
overlooked.

? Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and other logistics needed to keep shop
operations running efficiently.
? Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts department.
? Accurately manage purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records within the
shop management system.
? Work closely with the service and technician teams to ensure proper part
selection and fitment.
Qualifications
Were looking for someone who brings:
? At least three years of automotive parts experience in an independent repair
shop or dealership environment.
? Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
? Strong knowledge of automotive parts cataloging, VIN decoding, and vehicle
fitment.
? Experience using repair information systems such as ALLDATA or ProDemand.
? Comfortable working with spreadsheets and computerized inventory systems.
? Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
? Professional communication skills and the ability to build productive vendor
relationships.
? Valid drivers license.
? Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
? ASE Parts Specialist certification, bilingual abilities, or multi-location experience
are welcome but not required.
