As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, enabling our team to function effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and organize the daily schedule, including setting appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and hard copy, for easy retrieval of information.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operational needs are met.
