Temporary Administrative Staff – CRB Invoice Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Staff member to provide administrative support to the CRB team, with a primary focus on assisting with invoice processing and helping bring outstanding invoices up to date. This role will involve data entry, invoice review, document organization, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing and entering invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Organize and maintain invoice records and supporting documentation
  • Assist with identifying and resolving missing or incomplete invoice information
  • Enter and update invoice-related data in applicable systems and spreadsheets
  • Help track outstanding invoices and follow up on items as needed
  • Assist the CRB team with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain organized and accurate records while handling confidential business information
  • Support other administrative needs and special projects as assigned
