Job description

Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will administratively support the Quality Assurance team by performing day-to-day tasks involving the management and quality of clinical trials conducted at DM Clinical Research.
DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Completing DMCR-required training, including GCP.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of current FDA regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines, organizational SOPs, guidance -documents, and study protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support as assigned by the Quality Assurance team.
  • Supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, document preparation, file organization, correspondence, and presentation.
  • Scheduling appointments and planning for meetings.
  • Train new Administrative Assistants.
  • Any other matters as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE amp; EXPERIENCE
Education:
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's preferred
Experience:
  • 1 year experience with spreadsheets
  • 1 year of experience with GSuite
  • 1 year of experience either taking meeting minutes, scribing, data transcription, or combining the three.
  • 1 year of clinical research experience
Credentials:
  • GCP
  • IATA
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication (both verbal and written)
  • Time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
