Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00-$ 22.00/hour

About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a growing Houston-area organization to identify a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting multiple business functions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their administrative, HR, and accounting experience.
The organization is currently in a rebuilding phase with a lean administrative team, making this an ideal fit for a candidate who is adaptable, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide support across Human Resources, Accounts Payable, reporting, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
This position works closely with executive leadership and offers exposure to several areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and office staff
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
  • Support office procedures and documentation updates
  • Coordinate various administrative activities and priorities
Human Resources Support
  • Maintain employee files and personnel documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire processes
  • Update and manage HR records and databases
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings and resume screening
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping administration
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion
Accounts Payable Support
  • Process vendor invoices through an ERP system
  • Assist with invoice tracking and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Payable functions
Reporting & Analytics
  • Assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting
  • Compile, organize, and analyze data

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office support, office coordinator, or office administration experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
