Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our sales, marketing, customer service, and software development teams. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and can juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team and customer support with certification, registration, onboarding, compliance, filing, and support tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments.
  • Support the software development team with administrative tasks including testing, documentation, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
  • Help coordinate prospects and customers meetings, team meetings, and communications.
