Job description

A national industrial equipment manufacturing company with an office in the Corona, CA area is currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for Electrical Engineering Managers seeking meaningful growth, with the potential to progress into senior/executive leadership roles over time as they make an impact within the organization.


Electrical Engineering Management salaries are anticipated to be in the $140,000-$160,000 range based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and more.


Qualified Electrical Engineering Managers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

* 7+ years of recent / relevant experience with a company that specializes in the design and build of process and instrumentation equipment- chemical tanks, paint booths/ovens, water/wastewater treatment equipment, oil & gas equipment, or closely related.

* Solid skills with Allen Bradley PLC's, electrical design, HMI, SCADA, P&ID, and closely related.

* Some hands on experience/capability with mechanical design is essential- while the role is primarily electrical, this role will also have some Mechanical Engineering direct reports that may need assistance (this is not a role requiring frequent hands on design, but responsibility for leading teams who will design and the Manager must be able to offer technical support/training).

* A BS in Electrical Engineering or closely related is required.

* This position requires eligibility to access export‐controlled information under U.S. law (ITAR/EAR). Employment is limited to U.S. persons as defined by applicable regulations.

* Travel is anticipated to be 20%, primarily Monday-Friday travel, home most weekends.
