Position Summary

Provide desktop and technical support to end users in corporate and manufacturing environments. Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate ticket documentation. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is looking to build technical skills in an enterprise environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and peripheral issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve common Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 application issues, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.

• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ServiceNow.

• Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user devices.

• Assist with new hire setups, hardware refreshes, equipment replacements, and user moves.

• Perform basic user account support, password resets, and access-related requests.

• Follow established support processes, procedures, and knowledge base documentation.

• Escalate complex technical issues to support teams when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with end users.

• Meet established ticket handling and resolution goals.

• Participate in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge articles.

• Adhere to all IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows 11 operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a Contract position based out of Westfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
